After moving our classes online during the Covid-19 lockdown we found that some mums found that online classes could offer support during times they couldn’t attend an outdoor class.

In order to support all mums we are pleased to be able to offer Buggyfit ONLINE!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Buggyfit is an fitness class specialised for postnatal exercise. Sessions are about an hour long and run throughout the year. All fitness levels are welcome, from those who have never worked out before to those who want to return to the higher impact exercise they were used to before pregnancy. The focus is on strengthening your core and pelvic floor in a safe and effective way.

Trial Session: £5.00
(Valid for your first session only)

Block of 5 sessions: £25
(Equates to £5 per session – Valid for 6 weeks)

Block of 10 sessions: £45
(Equates to £4.50 per session – Valid for 12 weeks)

Pay As You Go Sessions: £6.50
(Single session payment)

When can I start?

Suitable during pregnancy and from 6 weeks postnatal or 8-12 weeks for a C- section birth once you have had your GP check up.  Please contact us for more information.

 

What to wear?

Loose, flexible clothing which will allow movement.

 

What do I need to attend?

An internet enabled device with a web camera, speakers and microphone.

 

Preparation

Please feed your baby before coming to class so your baby isn’t hungry and so you can get an hour for YOU. If you’re breastfeeding, this also ensures you are more comfortable to exercise.
